    A native New Orleanian, Wheeler brings more than 16 years of experience to ILEX Design Build. His background in estimating, construction, and project management means that the details of your project are in good hands. Wheeler holds licenses as a Landscape Horticulturist, Commercial Pesticide Applicator, and Irrigation Contractor.
